Custom Modular Barns are set up differently and 100% a custom project.
expected turnaround is 2-3 month for a barn build where we bring it in 3 parts and assemble on site. A concrete pad is required for placement.
Custom barn builds can range from $24k to $70k depending on features and needs.

TO ORDER:
You can fill out the Quote Form in the tab below and we will create your custom build for you.
Once the quote is sent and signed, a minimum deposit of 50% of the build and delivery costs are due in order to put you on the build schedule. This deposit covers cost of materials and delivery scheduling to get your Shelter ready for delivery.
You can also order directly off the website. When ordering your stall, select the type you want and at checkout use the code: DEPOSIT50 which will be your 50% deposit and reserve your spot in manufacturing.
Upon receiving payment, We will then call you or email you with a full plan and any additional options you want like which side a door or storage section would be on, and the remaining balance will be due prior to delivery.
We can deliver within 250 miles of Apple Valley, CA. Delivery rates are not included in quote. Free delivery under 50 miles.
